"Warranty claim left me drained"
Dealing with the warranty claim was exhausting. The whole process felt slow and all over the place, and I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of response. Even then, the help I got wasn’t very clear. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but by the end I felt mentally drained and frustrated

Managing my account was easy enough, really easy. The only thing was the login felt a little slow, like slow slow, but once I got in everything was simple to handle.

"Checkout Was More Complicated Than I Expected"
I was trying to place an order on OKdo and thought it would be straightforward, but the payment options ended up being the thing that stopped me.
I expected the usual simple ways to pay, but checkout felt more limited and confusing than it should have. For a small item, I really didn’t want to create extra accounts or jump through extra steps just to finish the purchase.
In the end, I left the order because it felt like more hassle than I was expecting. It would be much better if they added a few more normal, easy payment choices.

"Says In Stock, Then Suddenly It Isn’t"
I had a frustrating experience with okdo.com. I ordered some parts that were clearly showing as available, but later on I was told they weren’t actually in stock after all.
What made it worse was that there wasn’t any clear update on the site, and it just felt like there was no real person there keeping an eye on things or letting me know what was happening. If something isn’t available, just say that before taking the order. I don’t think I’ll bother using them again

I used the promo code when I was grabbing a few things I needed, and surprisingly, it actually worked. Saved me some money, which was nice, since that apparently isn’t always a given these days. Overall, decent experience.

I ended up saving a few quid, which was nice. Prices seemed really fair overall, though I wasn’t expecting much at first. So yeah, happy with it.

"Wrong Cable Slowed Things Down"
I ordered a few Raspberry Pi accessories and one of the cables that showed up was the wrong type. The packing slip said it was the correct one, so I’m not really sure where the mix-up happened. Support did get it sorted after a couple of emails, which I appreciated, but it still delayed my project more than I wanted. Overall, I’d probably order again, but I’d double-check everything as soon as it arrives.

"Not really worth it for me"
I ordered from okdo.com it was just okay for me. The item worked fine, so I can’t say it was a disaster, but I kept thinking I probably could’ve gotten a better deal somewhere else.
Once delivery was added, the price felt even harder to justify. For what I paid, I expected a bit more, so I don’t see myself making it my first choice next time unless the price is actually worth it for me.

I ordered from okdo.com but ended up needing to return the item. The refund did come through in the end, which I’m glad about, but it took longer than I was hoping. I found myself checking on it more than I should’ve had to. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit disappointing and average overall.

They got back to me fast and the answers were clear enough. I did get the feeling they were maybe trying to keep me moving along quickly, but overall the communication was solid and I didn’t have to chase them.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
So... I ordered a few parts from okdo.com and the website was easy to use. The main downside was the international shipping. It took quite a bit longer than the estimate, and the tracking didn’t update much, which was a little frustrating. The package did show up in the end and everything was in good condition, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the delivery info had been a bit clearer.

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I ordered from okdo.com the other day while I was trying to get a few things sorted before making dinner, and the whole checkout process was painless. I added what I needed, went through payment, and got the confirmation without any odd extra steps or confusing pages. The delivery options were clear too, which I appreciated because I hate having to click around just to figure out when something might arrive. It’s just nice when a site works the way you expect it to

I ordered a few bits and had a question about the delivery, but it took a couple days to get a reply. When they did answer, it didn't really clear much up tbh. The product itself was fine, no issues there, but the customer service felt slow and a bit frustating...

I ordered a few bits from okdo.com the quality was better than I was expecting. Everything worked fine straight out of the box and felt solid. I’m not giving it 5 stars just because the packaging on one item was a bit rough, but the actual Product was good, so overall I’m happy

The okdo site is fine overall, but finding the parts I needed took longer than it should have. The filters and pages feel a bit clunky, and it sometimes seemed like things were put together without much care. It works in the end, but the browsing experience could definitely be smoother.
